is the current red hot matter for the NSW Government
in conjunction with the blow out in Workers’ Compensation liabilities. The
new Act is binding on all companies regardless of size and huge fines are being
imposed on companies not up to speed. We
can assist in preparing appropriate manuals so that your company will comply
with the new regulations under the Act.
